We provide a flow measurement
engineering and consultancy service for fiscal, allocation and process flow
measurement in upstream oil and gas production, petrochemical, and power
generation.
Our experience stems from
North Sea oil and gas fiscal and allocation flow measurement which is subject to
stringent regulation by the DTI (UK Department of Trade and Industry) and the NPD
(Norwegian Petroleum Directorate).
More recently we have provided uncertainty
analysis for deepwater developments in the Gulf of Mexico using MPFM’s for
allocation to satisfy the requirements of the MMS (US Dept. of Interior, Mineral
Management Service). These regulatory regimes require accurate traceable
measurements complying with national and international standards.
